In our latest endeavor at Raffles City, we’ve brought to life a professional, smooth, and impressively silent overhead conveyor solution. Our challenge was to create a system that operates efficiently in a luxury retail environment for over 10 hours daily. Despite tight deadlines, we designed and installed a unique conveyor system with adjustable speed controls in just 20 days.
Our solution, featuring aluminum tracks and nylon rollers, guarantees flawless, noise-free operation. Efficient planning and our skilled team enabled us to complete the installation in just four hours, after mall hours, to avoid disruption.
We’ve integrated a timer into the system to automate the power supply, eliminating the need for daily manual operation. The exhibition is set to run from July 21 to August 31, 2023.
