Product Description:

Drum Dust Emission Tester is specifically designed for cleanroom laundries to measure the dust emission (particle concentration) of laundered items, including lint-free wipes and gloves.

Working Principle:

Preparation and Loading:

Items that have undergone ultra-clean washing and drying are placed inside the drum, ready for the testing process.

Rotation and Dust Dispersion:

Once the drum is activated, it rotates at a specified speed. This rotation causes the items to tumble, leading to the dispersion of any adhering dust particles on their surface. These particles then become suspended within the drum.

Particle Counting and Measurement:

The drum is equipped with a sampling port specifically designed for a particle counter. Through this sampling process, the suspended dust particles inside the drum are drawn into the counter. The counter then accurately measures the particle concentration, providing a clear indication of the dust emission levels within the drum.
